IMPACT TEST MACHINE

IMPACT TEST MACHINE

Engineered product designs requiring extensive data to determine material behavior at the point of impact in a Charpy Impact test can be obtained using Instron Dynatup® Impulse™ software and hardware. This data is useful when evaluating the type of failure and the dynamic response of the material. Both Instron systems: SI Series Pendulum Impact Testers & MPX Motorized Pendulum Impact Testers can be configured for this PCbased data acquisition and analysis system.

PMI EQUIPMENT

For petroleum and petrochemical refining facilities, the emphasis on safety and accident prevention has never been greater-increased public scrunity, stepped-up industrial safety regulations. This means that positive (PMI) in alloys used throughout the physical plant is no longer a choice but a necessity.Simply relying on spot testing of parts and subassemblies is too risky and totally unacceptable. Today’s best practices include 100% positive material testing of all critical materials

HARDNESS TEST MACHINE

The various versions of the Zwick/ZHU187.5 universal hardness tester are used for Vickers, Brinell and Rockwell testing. Special features:
versions to suit different load increment combinations; dead-weight loading;variable
test times from 1 to 50 s;LCD line-display shows hardness value and hardness scale with a resolution of 0.1; tolerance adjustment statistics ( x and R) wide range of conversion options integrated microscope with measuring beams and sensors for transferring dimension data to electronics.

PHASE ARRAY ULTRASONIC TESTING

Phased array Ultrasonic testing provides a number of advantages and can be used in a range of applications and industries. As a non-destructive testing method, itis more reliable, effective and faster than many other methods, such as radiographic inspection.

PRESSURE TESTING AT IDORAMA TANK FARM

pressure test are performed to ensure the safety, reliablity, and leak tightness of pressure systems. Pressure tests must always be performed under controlled conditions, following an approved test plan, and documented in a test record.
